Mighty 'Merica armor is covered by our LIFETIME WARRANTY. Any defects and their parts, labor, or fixing that ever needs to be done during the product's lifespan - we're here for you. This extends beyond the original purchaser and is transferred to each owner. Remember that all parts can be fixed or replaced at no cost to you or anyone you pass the equipment on to for as long as the equipment is designed to operate and be useful for.
We build our products to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything in this world eventually wears out. So, when your armor wears out, as all things do, you’ll know you’ve gotten the most out of your gear and your experience.
Mighty 'Merica branded products covered by this warranty are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below.
This warranty applies to all Mighty 'Merica branded equipment only (e.g., plates, helmets, visors, armor inserts and panels). The warranty does not apply to products that are not manufactured by Mighty 'Merica or related accessories. Unless specifically mentioned on the product's page. Items not manufactured by Mighty 'Merica will likely have their own warranty from their manufacturer. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural and normal breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
